Eligible Frontline Heroes are those whose essential work outside of their home during the pandemic meaningfully contributed to the health, welfare and well-being of their community, especially workers from the industries of healthcare and pharmacy, grocery, shipping and postal/delivery services, and first responders. Heroes may be subject to eligibility verification at the time of redemption through an employee ID, photo, business card or other proof.

The self-directed version of the Think Resilience course gives you immediate access to 22 video lessons (about four hours in total) and lets you work at your own pace. You’ll also have access to supplemental reading material, additional resources, section quizzes, and a discussion forum where you can interact with other students. A Certificate of Course Completion is available for participants who pass the final quiz.
