Bimbo Global Race is for everyone: competitive runners, casual walkers, families, friends, and everyday joggers looking to come out and participate in Bimbo's healthy, active lifestyle initiative. It is truly a global event; In 2016, Global Energy Race broke the Guinness Book of World Records for the most 10K races held simultaneously worldwide on the same day. Even during the ever changing climate, we are still continuing to support our goal and plan to do so across the U.S. virtually in 2022.

In New Orleans, the pecan was a staple of French Quarter cuisine. Whether in pies or pralines, the folks from N'Awlins love a sweet pecan. My mom used to make her famous meringue pecan treats for our family, neighbors and anyone passing through; spreading joy in each hand made batch!. When I became a mom, I wanted to continue this family recipe. I began to share these “famous” treats with my friends and family. My childhood treat became the inspiration for Geaux ("Go") Nuts. Our meringue coated pecans, a New Orleans favorite, will give you a taste of my rich family history and satisfy both sweet and salty cravings!
